Launch of the ADWISOR5G project

The research project "ADWISOR5G: A distributed wireless shield for protecting private 5G networks" was launched in June 2023. It uses modern AI methods to detect and locate jammers in 5G campus networks and automatically respond to these attacks. The third-party funded project is funded by the BSI with approx. 1.8 M€ and is being carried out in cooperation with albis-elcon GmbH, Fraunhofer IIS and MUGLER SE. Under the leadership of Prof Dr Valentin, the Network Technologies department is significantly involved in the project with 2 professors and 3 employees.
