Preliminary course in computer science WS 2025/26

From 17 to 19 September 2025, the computer science preliminary course will take place at the Faculty of Computer Science on the Darmstadt campus. The target group are all those who would like to brush up on important basics or for whom the subject of computer science has generally been neglected at school.

In addition to an introduction to the most important tools and instruments for the Course outline, the programme also includes training in algorithmic and logical thinking, for example. And finally, the course is a great opportunity to get to know your future fellow students at an early stage.

The preliminary course takes place as a face-to-face event at the Faculty of Computer Science on the Darmstadt campus in building D15, room 0.02. Explicit registration is not required, just turn up.
